Protein Powder A milk and egg white product containing no soy, no gelatin, no coaltar derivatives, no fat and no preservatives. Each serving (1/2oz) provides 40 calories, 7 grams of protein, 0 carbohydrates and no cholesterol.

Bee Pollen The male seed of flowers which fertilizes the plant. It is collected by honey bees. Researchers claim that bee pollen prolongs life and increases energy and sexual stamina. It includes 12 amino acids (9 essential), 14 minerals, various enzymes for digestion, and significant amounts of all of the B-complex vitamins. Important: bee pollen has been known to cause adverse reactions in humans with low tolerance to pollens. Those who are allergic should start usage in very small amounts.

Ginseng Derived from a small perennial plant in northern China, it has been used for medicinal purposes for centuries. It is now considered a vital health supplement for increasing energy and mental alertness. Caution: Ginseng contains a caffeine-like chemical and enters the bloodstream very rapidly. It can cause hypertension, nervousness and insomnia if taken in doses in excess of 3 grams.

Vitamin C A basic antioxidant and essential in the synthesis of collagen and the health of connective tissue, gums, teeth and bones.

Lecithin A granule derived from soybeans. Lecithin aids in the emulsification of fats and cholesterol preventing the buildup of these harmful substances in the bloodstream.

Wheatgerm The richest part of the wheat-berry. It`s 29% complete vegetarian protein and is very high in vitamin E, B-vitamins, copper iron and micro-algae.

Oat-bran Oat-bran is essentially used for its fiber. It is a totally natural grain and helps reduce cholesterol buildup.
