Juicing-recipes are combining ingredients, There are specific recipes for certain ailments. But, it is the every day juicing that is going to get you, and keep you healthy and strong.
A juicing base and creating a juicing-habit, and juicing a little bit of everything; will ensure you of the healthiest juicing life possible.
Your juice base should be healthy, and nutrients that are easy to keep on hand. Having a juice base, is the secret to juicing every day, and creating that all elusive juicing habit!
Example of a good daily juice base is: Carrots, Apples, Kiwi, and Spinach. These are the nutrients I know I can keep on hand almost all the time. Therefore, I have what to juice with.
Juicing once a day is the norm for the average juicer, but twice a day is even better.
Even with great juicing-recipes, it is very important to establish a base of what you will juice every day.
Here is a great base that I enjoy every day!
1 hand full of Spinach.
This should make about 8 oz. of juice.
The vegetable ginger root delight, for an eye opening morning.
(go easy on the ginger)
1/4 inch ginger root,
2 Celery Stalks,
1/4 Stalk Broccoli,
This should make about 12 oz. of juice.
A sweet yummy treat for the middle of the day.
6 Strawberries, a
handful of Grapes,
This will make about 8 to 10 oz. of great tasting fresh juice.
My brothers favorite! "Refreshingly Delicious"
Ginger Root and Pineapple.
Remember: easy on the ginger.
1/4 to 1/2 Ginger Root,
1/2 Pineapple with skin left on.
This will make 12 to 16 oz. of juice.
Lemonade You will be very surprised!
1/4 Lemon with skin,
This will make you a glass of great tasting Lemonade.
Calming Nightcap, start counting those sheep.

2 Stalks of Celery,
Large handful of parsley.

Carrots: I like to cut off the ends, and peel them with a potato peeler.
Apples: clean well and cut in pattern for space saving on cutting-board.
Kiwi: Cut ends off, then peel off skin.
Spinach: Bunch up before pushing them through the machine.
Cucumber: Rinse well cut ends off, then cut into 1/4.
Beets: Cut ends off and peel, then cut into 1/4.
Celery: Cut off both ends and clean well.
Ginger root: Be easy with the ginger; cut off 1/4 inch and peel.
Grapes Put them in a bowl and rinse thoroughly. It's fun to watch them dance around in the juice machine.

WARNING: The Surgeon General is stating now that we need even more servings of fruits and vegetables than in past years. 5 to 9 servings a day. One serving of fruits and vegetables is 1/2 cup of whole produce, or 6 to 7 oz of fresh juice.
Creating a juicing habit is the most important aspect of juicing.
Trust me: you will run out of fruits, vegetables, nuts, yogurt, vitamin supplements, and all of the other healthy stuff you try so hard to keep on hand. Try to keep this to a minimum, and replenish them as soon as possible.
If you are juicing your vegetables, than you can eat more of the fruits throughout the day. So wash that fruit, and take it with you in the morning! Fruits compared to vegetables are a lot easier to handle and eat throughout your day.
