The #1 Juicing Rule is...?

Smoothies, Chillers, Milkshakes, and Performance drinks

All Smoothies are 24 oz. Always start with the juice first in the blender. One scoop of fruit is about a house-hold cup 16 oz. One scoop of non-fat frozen yogurt or sherbet is a small size ice-cream scoop. 6-8 oz. And try to use crushed ice.

Any Smoothie with No Banana Use 12-13 oz. of juice

Smoothies

1) Strawberry Submission A classic strawberry and banana combination. Apple juice strawberries, banana and non-fat yogurt.

11 oz. Apple Juice 1/2 Fresh Banana 1/2 Scoop Ice 2 Scoops Yogurt 2 Scoops Strawberries

2) Blueberry Blast Blueberries, apple juice, banana, non-fat yogurt and raspberry sherbet blended for a creamy sensation.

11 oz. Apple Juice 1/2 Fresh Banana 1/2 Scoop Ice 1 Scoop Yogurt 1 Raspberry Sherbet 1 Scoop Blueberries 1 Scoop Banana

3) Redberry Blast Strawberries, apple juice, banana, yogurt and raspberry sherbet make for another creamy sensation.

11 oz. Apple Juice 1/2 Fresh Banana 1/2 Scoop Ice 1 Scoop Yogurt 1 Raspberry Sherbet 1 Scoop Strawberries 1 Scoop Banana

4) Papaya Raspberry Fruit Roll-Up Tastes like its name. Papaya juice, raspberry sherbet, strawberries, peaches and non-fat yogurt will make you smile.

12 oz. Papaya Juice 1/2 Scoop Ice 1 Scoop Yogurt 1 Raspberry Sherbet 1 Scoop Strawberries 1 Scoop Peaches

5) Raspberry Rapture Raspberry juice, banana, n/f yogurt and raspberries will make you look at raspberries in a different light.

7) Cranberry Craze Pucker up for a tangy smoothie. Raspberry sherbet, strawberries, blueberries, cranberry and banana.

9) Citrus Blues Orange juice, blueberries, pineapple sherbet and strawberries will leave your tastebuds talking.
