The secret eating-guidelines that are easy, simple, and work√

The 2/3 dieting rules, and eating-guidelines are designed to be very easy to understand and follow. You are given a lot of freedom for more than 1/3 of the time. Your eating habits will change for the better, and your overall health will improve.

The eating-guidelines, and the 2/3 rules states: you should be especially conscientious about your health, and what you decide to ingest at least 2/3 of the time, 5 days a week. At these times you eat everything that you think is healthy. This will start a healthy pique of curiosity, healthy choices, and an over all health conscious attitude that is going to be the key to your success.

I recommend that breakfast and lunch each be 1/3, totaling your 2/3 for the day. Only do this 5 days a week in the beginning. This means that you are going to do everything that you think is healthy for two of the three meals daily. Eventually you will start to do this 7 days a week. Be happy, this isn't a diet, this is a change in your eating-style.

Curiosity, and the willingness to learn is key for this to work. You know what is healthy, and what is not! Just adhere to what you know is healthy at these times. Your mind will start to formulate healthy habits that will become intuitive, and that you will be able to follow with ease.

In the beginning and above all; "Trust yourself" The hope of doing this is that you will start to develop the good-thoughts that you need to make those habits rock solid.

You will have the freedom you deserve for the weekends, and 1/3 of the time throughout the week. This should make it easy to follow in the beginning; because this is the most important time of all.

Think healthy all the way up until dinner time. Then go nuts! What I mean is: 45 minutes before dinner have a handful of nuts. You will not be as hungry, and have a tendency to eat less.

This is a very do-able change in your life style. You get to look forward to 1/3 of the time being the old you! If you follow this rule; you will start to get the results that you are looking for. I can almost guarantee this, if you're honest with yourself. Start questioning things to start to learn what is really healthy.

I promise that with the eating-guidelines 2/3 eating rule, you will be the envy of all who know you. Some might even be a little jealous. But, gravitate towards people that are envious of what you're accomplishing. Talk about what you are doing with people who you feel comfortable sharing your thoughts with. Having other people knowing what you are doing can be a huge help. Pay it forward, help and be helped.
