5) Juicing will become your hub the center the foundation to everything that is healthy in your life.
6) An array of synergistic health-benefits that are just now being discovered.
7) A feeling that your plumbing is working correctly.
8) They say, "an apple a day will keep that doctor away" Drink two apples a day just to be on the safe side.
The list of health benefits-of-juicing and a health conscious lifestyle, are getting longer and longer. To ignore the knowledge of the collective, (the public) is doing yourself a huge injustice.
Being healthy is not rocket science so please try not to turn it into something it is not.
For me juicing is a way of life for a lot of different reasons. One that comes to mind first is... I know that my body is the biggest asset I have.
Maybe one day we'll all be able to walk into a store and pick out a new body off the shelf. But today this isn't happening.
